Data Delivery

Standard IDX is the most common feed for Real Estate websites. This feed includes standard public fields and is what most vendors seek.

Requirements:

• A Participant Data Licensing Agreement between the Broker, Vendor, and VMLS.
• The data can be used for public display and consumption, but is subject to periodic data audits, and must abide by VMLS Rules & Regulations.
• Ability to demonstrate a fully working application/product. We require you to show where and how the data will be displayed.
• Vendors – quarterly user reports on which agents you are working with
• Cost of $80 per licensee/year

A VOW feed is a data connection between your website and your MLS that allows you to import and display VOW data. A VOW feed typically includes off-market listings and is designed to allow agents to provide more comprehensive market information online.

Requirements:

• Since the data fields are not for public display your application must reside behind a login and be non-accessible to the public.
• The data is not to be shared or for public consumption, is subject to periodic data audits, and must abide by VMLS Rules & Regulations.

• Cost of $80 per licensee/year

A Broker Back Office data feed consists of a larger set of data than what is commonly found in an IDX application. Some common use cases include integrating MLS data into your in-house CRM tool, building an application or website available to only agents in your office.

Requirements:

• A Participant Data Licensing Agreement between the Broker, Vendor, and VMLS.
• Since the data fields are not for public display your application must reside behind a login and be non-accessible to the public.
• The data is not to be shared or for public consumption, is subject to periodic data audits, and must abide by VMLS Rules & Regulations.
• Ability to demonstrate a fully working application/product. We require you to show where and how the data will be displayed.
• Vendors – quarterly user reports on which agents you are working with
• Cost of $100/quarter per vendor/MLS client, plus a $250 one-time set up fee billed to the Brokerage.
