The Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation supports initiatives focused on creating attainable housing solutions for all, works in collaboration with community organizations to cultivate housing opportunity for all Eagle County residents, and provides assistance to our REALTOR® members in need.

Colorado Gives
Vail Board of Realtors® Foundation participates in Colorado Gives Day - an annual statewide movement to celebrate and increase philanthropy through online giving.
You can support VBR Foundation year-round through this online giving website.
Each year, gifts made between November 1 and Colorado Gives Day are boosted by the Colorado Gives Day Incentive Fund! This means more funding to help our community.
Vail Board of Realtors Foundation awards grants to Eagle County nonprofits
As part of its mission to support the community, the Vail Board of Realtors Foundation recently awarded grant and sponsorship funds to five Eagle County nonprofits.
A total of $26,500 was awarded to Bright Future Foundation, Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley, Vail Valley Salvation Army Vail, Swift Eagle Charitable Foundation, Vail Valley Mountain Trails Alliance.
To qualify, a nonprofit organization must serve the Eagle County community and align with VBRF's mission of providing housing or housing funds for our community.

Vail Board of Realtors Foundation's final year of academic scholarships
In 2023, the Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation (VBRF) awarded a total of $50,000 in scholarship funds to 25 dedicated and striving students. It was the final year of the program. A total of 107 scholarships, totaling over $207,000 was awarded over six years.
VBRF’s Academic Scholarship was created for qualifying students to attend a college, university, or accredited educational institution of higher learning. Qualifications are based on academic merit, volunteer and philanthropic involvement, and residency in Eagle County.

This is the final year of the VBRF scholarship. Since its first year in 2018, the VBRF has awarded 107 scholarships totaling $207,500.
The number of scholarships and award amounts were determined anonymously by the qualifications of each student. Thank you to the Scholarship Committee for your time and efforts in this substantial process.

VBRF Goals
The Vail Board of Realtors® Foundation (VBRF) was established in 1996 to help promote community efforts for the Vail Board of Realtors®. Today it is a prominent charitable organization in the Vail Valley, known for supporting the community and its members in times of greatest opportunity and greatest need.

Donor Development & Relations
3. Attract donors beyond the VBR membership who align with the focus and values of the Foundation.

5. Implement a mix of fundraising strategies and events that will connect with different donor segments and generate significant growth in Foundation funds.

6. Operate an efficient, financially healthy organization with a structure that provides meaningful, convenient opportunities for members to contribute.
7. Build a deep, qualified pool of volunteers and future leaders who can advance the mission, goals and priorities of the Foundation.
