Contract Issues That Can Put You In Jail (3 hr). We take the contract and go through sections that are very problematic in our speedy market. Many of these issues, if handled improperly, can result in disciplinary actions from the Real Estate Commission, the Associations of Realtors, and the County Court. This class gives the student hands-on best practices to avoid these problems.
